Responsibilities
- Design, develop, build, configure, and enhance custom applications.
- Lead application design and development activities.
- Collaborate with and help manage teams across multiple workstreams.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications and implement application development best practices.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience is required, including experience with Adaptive Insight.
- Proficiency in Adaptive Insight is required.
- Experience with Workday Core HCM is preferred.
- Strong understanding of application development principles and experience building and configuring applications.
- Knowledge of business process requirements and ability to troubleshoot and debug applications.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
