Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise application solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and related technologies.
- Create integrations between Copilot Studio bots and ERP, CRM, NiceCXOne, Teams Telephony, and other third-party applications.
- Perform technical analysis and prepare solution, integration, and specification documents.
- Develop, test, document, and deliver solutions independently.
- Explain technical and implementation concepts and potential solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, responses, and contracts.
- Develop creative, client-focused solutions to complex issues and support client interaction.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management modules.
- Strong knowledge of solution and integration design.
- Experience with CE Portals, Power Apps Canvas Apps, Dynamics 365 CE integrations, Power Portal, and migration.
- Proficiency with Copilot Studio integrations and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including plugins, workflows, JavaScript, CRM Portals, and Web APIs.
- Knowledge of the latest out-of-box features in Dynamics CRM.
- Azure knowledge and Power Apps skills are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- Relevant Oracle certifications listed include Oracle Advanced PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional and Oracle Financials Cloud, Fusion Cloud Procurement, and Oracle Fusion Cloud Sourcing certifications.
- Proficiency in English is required.
