Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and guide the team in making technical and delivery decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions to complex problems.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication to support project alignment and timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Guidewire BillingCenter.
- AI-related work experience.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with software module and third-party system integrations.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- 15 years of full-time education.
