Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, optimize, and apply software engineering solutions across the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze and solve software engineering problems using scientific methods and original judgment.
- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
- Operate independently in highly complex environments and take responsibility for substantial aspects of the company’s activities.
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders while balancing business, technical, and people objectives.
- Contribute to recruitment and the development of software engineering personnel.
- Develop long-term partnerships with clients and manage complex commercial and negotiating situations.
