Base Salary
$100k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, testing, and maintenance of features with guidance from senior engineers.
- Write testable, readable, reliable, and observable code.
- Build performant, accessible, and reusable frontend components.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate UX goals into solutions.
- Integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend systems.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions to maintain best practices.
- Deliver work in incremental pieces while balancing opportunity cost and value.
- Address risks, technical debt, and improvement areas with guidance.
- Work closely with senior engineers to manage dependencies and align on goals.
- Maintain a psychologically safe and inclusive environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in eCommerce.
- Proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web application architecture.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
