Base Salary
$185k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery for multiple deployments from first prototype through stable production.
- Lead discovery, technical scoping, system design, build, and production rollout with customer teams.
- Build full-stack systems and contribute directly to production code when needed.
- Embed with customer teams, understand their needs, and guide adoption of delivered systems.
- Scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers, and balance scope, speed, and quality.
- Codify effective working patterns into reusable tools, playbooks, or building blocks.
- Share field feedback with Product and Research to improve models and product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience including customer-facing work.
- Experience scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
- Ability to write and review production-grade frontend and backend code using Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks.
- Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and communicate clearly with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders.
- Ability to identify risks early, adjust plans, and maintain calm judgment in high-stakes situations.
