Responsibilities

Create and automate tasks in ServiceNow using JavaScript.
Perform ServiceNow integrations and process automation.
Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
Design, configure, and customize CMDB solutions.
Provide hands-on technical expertise for CMDB and CSDM initiatives aligned with ITIL best practices.
Enable data flow between CMDB, Discovery, and external systems.
Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, and GRC/IRM modules.
Manage the lifecycle and data quality of configuration items and IT assets.
Build catalog items and workflows using Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
Contribute to ServiceNow platform improvements and business solutions.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance, standards, and best practices to junior developers and partner teams.
Drive data quality and process improvements through analytical and problem-solving skills.

6–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including JavaScript, integrations, and configurations.
Experience with major ITSM modules.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, APIs, data imports, and third-party system integrations.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, hybrid infrastructure, and modern IT operating models.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required.
ITIL v3 or v4 certification and strong knowledge of ITIL best practices are required.
Additional ServiceNow certifications are preferred, including CIS-Discovery, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, or CAD.
Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
Exposure to HRSD, GRC/IRM, and Employee Center is preferred.

The role is based in Bangalore.
