Responsibilities

  • Define and deploy long-term technical strategies aligned with Air Liquide’s Data and AI strategy.
  • Design robust, scalable, high-performance system and solution architectures for AI initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing high-impact technical solutions.
  • Advance AI algorithms, computational technologies, and production-grade AI architectures.
  • Lead Data and Knowledge Management across structured, unstructured, semantic data, and Knowledge Graphs.
  • Define architectural policies, guidelines, and Architecture Decision Records for organizational governance.
  • Provide technical guidance as a subject matter expert and contribute to the Local TADA technical committee.
  • Mentor engineers, share best practices, and promote internal, external, and community collaboration.
  • Support AI adoption across Customer Care, Industrial/Operations, and Global Business Services value streams.
  • Identify technical risks, system vulnerabilities, technical debt, and improvement opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in system and solution design and architecture.
  • Proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Mastery of practices for designing scalable, robust, and high-performance architectures.
  • Expertise in Data and Knowledge Management frameworks and technologies, including structured, unstructured, and semantic data and Knowledge Graphs.
  • Advanced proficiency in architectural governance, policy definition, and Architecture Decision Record practices.
  • Deep expertise in scaling, deploying, and maintaining production-grade AI architectures.
  • Proven ability to design robust computational frameworks and advanced AI algorithms.
  • Extensive technical knowledge across Cloud, integration, and related technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate a technical influence strategy.
  • Demonstrated mentoring and coaching abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking.
  • Prior knowledge of relevant Air Liquide business domains is a plus.
