Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Enhance ServiceNow modules including Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center, and ACLs.
- Design and support integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs.
- Collaborate with platform and architecture teams on upgrades, governance, solution reviews, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance, review complex implementations, and resolve blockers and software issues.
- Support deployments across INT and PROD environments and handle incidents and out-of-the-box ServiceNow issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, coordinate with stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- The detailed experience requirement specifies 6 to 9 years of experience.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) is required.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle practices, modern frameworks, scalable software design, troubleshooting, integration techniques, and API development is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Kubernetes experience is preferred.
