Base Salary
$119k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and the Customer Success team to develop and enhance the platform based on client feedback.
- Design and implement server-side logic and functionality for efficient data processing and management.
- Create, maintain, and optimize databases while ensuring data integrity and security.
- Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with client-side applications and third-party services.
- Implement encryption, authentication, and other security measures to protect data and applications.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate server-side logic with user interfaces.
- Optimize platform performance, troubleshoot bugs, and maintain code and process documentation.
- Stay current with backend development frameworks, libraries, tools, and industry trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry and/or technical experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Python.
- Experience building or working with RESTful APIs.
- Experience with MongoDB and Redis.
- Interest in large language models.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and multithreading.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or an equivalent engineering discipline.
