Base Salary
$170k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship high-quality and secure code.
- Provide technical leadership by managing projects, defining scope, breaking down tasks, managing risks, and coordinating development milestones.
- Design and implement reliable backend systems for healthcare settings.
- Apply modern security design principles and preventive implementations.
- Learn new technologies and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, and customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience with Python.
- Technical leadership experience.
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and scaling systems in microservice environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Systems-thinking ability with attention to detail.
- Full-stack experience, especially with TypeScript and React, is a bonus.
- Healthcare technology experience, especially Smart on FHIR, CDS, and other EHR integrations, is a bonus.
- Data engineering experience with Databricks and Kafka is a bonus.
- Experience architecting solutions with Domain-Driven Development is a bonus.
