Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, performant, reusable, and accessible web application features.
- Lead or contribute to frontend architecture, component architecture, state management, and technical design decisions using Angular, React, and Node.js.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend and Node.js BFF coding, performance, rendering, memory, dependency, and API latency issues.
- Implement enterprise coding, testing, debugging, deployment, secure coding, authentication, and authorization standards.
- Collaborate with UX teams, vendors, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders on design systems, integrations, and delivery roadmaps.
- Execute test plans, improve test automation and deployment pipelines, and support software quality, risk, compliance, and governance.
- Mentor junior developers, share technical knowledge, and help drive engineering and cultural change.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience in product development or software engineering delivering web applications.
- Proficiency in Angular, RxJS, NgRx or state management, React, Hooks, Context API, Redux or Zustand, and Node.js.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, asynchronous message patterns, client-side data modeling, state normalization, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with Jest, Jasmine, React Testing Library, and Cypress for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Familiarity with Webpack, Vite, Rollup, npm, yarn, pnpm, Jenkins, Tekton, Harness, and Git.
- Bachelor’s or university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience includes micro-frontends, Nx, Lerna, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, WCAG 2.1 AA, semantic HTML, and AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor developers, communicate complex concepts, collaborate across teams, and drive technical and cultural change.
