Base Salary
$55k - $75k/yr
Responsibilities
- Maintain customer system performance across multiple client projects.
- Build and customize features for web applications, reporting applications, and troubleshooting tools.
- Answer trouble tickets and guide customers through email, phone, and video conferences.
- Troubleshoot AWS serverless systems and collaborate with customers and teammates to resolve issues.
- Maintain and update VoiceFoundry products and tools to improve client offerings.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience with AWS serverless concepts and services.
- At least one year of experience writing and editing software with vanilla JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and Node.js.
- U.S. citizenship and willingness to subscribe to a Public Trust background process.
- Ability to troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and solve problems with limited guidance.
- Clear communication, urgency, collaboration, and curiosity.
