Base Salary
$137k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build agentic systems to automate GTM workflows.
- Define the agentic platform strategy and design patterns.
- Integrate core GTM systems as agent-accessible tools and data sources.
- Set technical standards and lead architectural reviews.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and RevOps to drive measurable outcomes.
- Mentor engineers on AI-first thinking.
Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in LLM or agentic applications.
- Fluency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and SaaS GTM platforms.
- Proven track record as a technical lead.
