Responsibilities

Steer high-velocity experiments and features impacting advertiser retention and revenue.
Define the technical roadmap for full campaign lifecycle support.
Lead the development of complex features like one-click campaign configurations.
Mentor and coach other engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage Reddit's ads stack.
Drive a data-driven mindset in technical decision-making.

7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on growth or product.
Strong bias for action and comfort with rapid iteration and A/B testing.
Experience in developing scalable backend services or full-stack features.
Expertise in at least one programming language such as Go, Python, or Java.
Demonstrated ability to act as a Tech Lead and align stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
