Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the integration and automation strategy across Finance and Accounting systems.
- Architect solutions for end-to-end integrations across various platforms including ERPs and CRMs.
- Translate complex technical landscapes into clear priorities for stakeholders.
- Champion modern integration patterns and select appropriate tools for each use case.
- Deliver robust integration solutions using modern iPaaS platforms and custom API integrations.
- Design secure bank-to-ERP integrations that meet financial controls and audit requirements.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and automated release frameworks to improve deployment velocity.
- Embed AI capabilities into integration workflows for enhanced efficiency.
- Mentor junior analysts and engineers to foster technical growth.
- Collaborate with various teams to align technology initiatives with business outcomes.
- Monitor emerging technologies for financial system use cases and promote organizational learning.
- Ensure integrations adhere to security and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in integration development and enterprise architecture.
- Hands-on experience with modern iPaaS solutions like Boomi, Workato, or MuleSoft.
- Strong knowledge of complex API integrations and authentication patterns.
- Proven experience with modern ERPs and integrations to boundary systems.
- Experience integrating with banking systems and payment processors.
- Knowledge of database and data platform integrations.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
- Proven track record as a technical lead for enterprise integration programs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers or analysts.
