Base Salary
$168k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Align with business groups on strategic vision and priorities as a liaison between business and technology.
- Understand technology capabilities to support business needs, focusing on AI integration.
- Develop and maintain a technology roadmap through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead business requirements gathering sessions and analyze key business processes.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of business processes, use cases, and system integrations.
- Drive productivity by improving existing processes or implementing new AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Document and manage bug fixes and enhancements related to AI functionalities.
- Support business users with system configuration, troubleshooting, and analysis.
- Assist in product development and release cycles, ensuring timely delivery of features.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience with SaaS technologies used by internal employees.
- Experience in establishing effective business partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in leading user interviews and requirements gathering.
- Strong analytical and system design skills.
- Experience in a technical environment with clear communication of technical concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in collaboration tools.
- Working knowledge of Jira Cloud and familiarity with tools like Slack and Asana.
