Base Salary

$106k - $212k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Advise teams and leaders on AI opportunities, solution choices, feasibility, value, risk, security, privacy, scalability, cost, UX, governance, and maintainability.
  • Architect complete AI solutions spanning models, tools, retrieval, memory, orchestration, APIs, evaluation, observability, and integrations.
  • Build and support prototypes, proofs of concept, reference implementations, reusable patterns, assistants, agents, automations, and retrieval-based systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to review designs, troubleshoot implementations, and guide scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable delivery.
  • Design evaluations measuring output quality, reliability, latency, cost, usability, risk, adoption, and business impact.
  • Lead the Finance AI Ambassador program, workshops, office hours, training, mentoring, and an AI community of practice.
  • Research AI models, platforms, releases, frameworks, and market trends and translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • Partner with security, legal, audit, data, business, and development teams on privacy, controls, auditability, human review, governance, and AI-ready data foundations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Product Management, or a related concentration.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in business solution architecture, product management, and/or technical customer success, with understanding of architecture principles, cloud-native patterns, business process optimization, and/or AI development.
  • MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Experience with AI-powered business applications, knowledge graphs, vector databases, language models, AI integration patterns, and agentic AI protocols.
  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Glean, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and tools in the Adobe portfolio.
  • Ability to build effective AI prompts, chatbots, and agents and to create architecture diagrams, capability models, and value stream maps.
  • Strong data analytics and visualization skills with large datasets, including Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Proven ability to lead and align cross-functional teams, present to C-level executives, facilitate training, and own problems from discovery through deployment.
  • Demonstrated responsible-AI judgment involving privacy, security, risk, governance, and Finance controls.

Benefits

  • U.S. annual base pay range is $105,700-$211,850, with a California range of $146,300-$211,850.
  • Eligible roles may receive Annual Incentive Plan awards and certain roles may receive long-term new-hire equity awards.
