Responsibilities
- Build and improve backend systems through greenfield development and enhancement of existing systems.
- Develop REST APIs and microservices supporting card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity.
- Design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing financial infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver maintainable business logic and complex products.
Requirements
- Demonstrated backend development experience and fluency in Java.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another engineering or science discipline.
- A track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups.
- Strong communication skills, including fluent written and verbal English.
- Ability to learn quickly and work with an ambitious, results-driven approach.
