Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications.
- Create workflows and scripts to personalize ServiceNow applications and automate business processes.
- Create and manage web portals using JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular.
- Monitor the health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
- Work directly with end users to resolve ServiceNow issues.
- Develop standalone ServiceNow tools and dashboards supporting ITSM and project-management workflows.
- Configure ServiceNow workflows and platform objects, including tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes, UI pages, and UI macros.
- Integrate ServiceNow with customer business systems.
- Deploy and validate ServiceNow patches, updates, and new platform versions.
- Participate in ServiceNow development, testing, production support, and problem-solving.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of overall experience, including at least 4 years of software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience developing and implementing ServiceNow IT products such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow products and a passion for JavaScript and web platforms.
- Experience with reusability, componentization, workflow configuration, integrations, and ServiceNow platform administration objects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, detail-orientation, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric attitude and ability to work with cultural diversity.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Working experience in Agile.
