Responsibilities

Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications.
Create workflows and scripts to personalize ServiceNow applications and automate business processes.
Create and manage web portals using JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular.
Monitor the health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
Work directly with end users to resolve ServiceNow issues.
Develop standalone ServiceNow tools and dashboards supporting ITSM and project-management workflows.
Configure ServiceNow workflows and platform objects, including tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes, UI pages, and UI macros.
Integrate ServiceNow with customer business systems.
Deploy and validate ServiceNow patches, updates, and new platform versions.
Participate in ServiceNow development, testing, production support, and problem-solving.

4–8 years of overall experience, including at least 4 years of software development experience.
At least 2 years of experience developing and implementing ServiceNow IT products such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow products and a passion for JavaScript and web platforms.
Experience with reusability, componentization, workflow configuration, integrations, and ServiceNow platform administration objects.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, detail-orientation, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-centric attitude and ability to work with cultural diversity.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Working experience in Agile.
