Base Salary
$184k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, lead, and implement multi-week complex and cross-team projects.
- Estimate forward-looking work.
- Measure metrics aligned with company goals.
- Manage, publish, and update goals for their area of responsibility.
- Act as the company expert in their area of ownership.
- Mentor new and junior engineers.
- Ensure company standards are upheld for code, testing, design, and review.
- Participate in evaluating and selecting technologies for our software foundation.
Requirements
- Proven capability to quickly learn new programming languages and development environments.
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years experience as a software engineer in a team environment.
- Strong programming skills in C++, Rust, or Python.
