Responsibilities
- Define QA strategies for warehouse automation and logistics software systems.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to establish requirements and test coverage.
- Evaluate and implement QA processes, tools, and frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing in simulated environments.
- Coordinate offshore SQA teams and align testing efforts with business objectives.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote QA best practices.
- Manage the defect lifecycle and prioritize issues effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in software QA or a related domain.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Preferred: experience with cloud platforms and container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Preferred: knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
- Preferred: exposure to performance and security testing.
