Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using .NET and/or Java.
- Work on client-facing web and mobile applications and related backend services.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with engineers, QA, business analysts, product teams, and international stakeholders in a cross-functional Agile squad.
- Take technical ownership of projects and contribute to software development best practices.
- Design and implement scalable REST API-based services.
- Explore new technologies and apply modern engineering practices, including advanced AI tooling where appropriate.
- Contribute to related DevOps, automation, and other teams’ codebases when needed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in .NET and/or Java development.
- Strong backend development experience with enterprise-level applications.
- Experience with object-oriented programming and modern software engineering practices.
- Familiarity with Angular or React and knowledge of REST APIs and service-oriented architectures.
- Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Fluent English communication skills and strong teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work across different technical areas.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automation tools, cloud technologies, modern infrastructure, financial markets, banking, wealth management, large-scale enterprise environments, multinational teams, or AI-assisted development tools is advantageous.
- Experience with Product, UX, Business Analytics, or Information Mapping is advantageous.
