Responsibilities
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across critical business systems.

Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Aera Control Tower.
- Proficiency in Aera Control Tower.
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving software issues.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Python and MySQL experience are preferred.
- Fifteen years of full-time education are required.
