Responsibilities
- Architect and build data collection pipelines that support rapid iteration.
- Design clear and efficient interfaces for crowdworkers and vendors.
- Collaborate with research teams to understand and adapt to evolving data needs.
- Partner with the Human Data Operations team to streamline data workflows.
- Manage multiple workstreams and make trade-off decisions in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills with broad experience across the stack.
- Ability to build internal tools and understand user needs.
- Experience in fast-moving environments balancing speed and system health.
- Quick learning ability to understand complex technical systems.
