Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for scalable full-stack enterprise applications.
- Integrate AgentAI copilots, pre-built AI services, RAG-based retrieval, conversational APIs, and other LLM-assisted capabilities.
- Develop and enhance front-end and back-end components using modern frameworks and cloud-native patterns.
- Optimize API design, data flows, and user interfaces for AI-assisted features.
- Use AI copilots and LLM tools for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and design acceleration.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, security, performance, scalability, reliability, and responsible AI standards.
- Act as a liaison between traditional engineering teams and AI-native squads to drive adoption of AI-assisted development.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Solid foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain or industry workflows.
- Experience using coding copilots and LLM tools for software development tasks.
- Practical understanding of RAG, LLM limitations, and AI-assisted productivity.
- Ability to deliver full-stack software solutions using one or more of Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript for front-end development.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to integrate AI services without training models or designing ML architectures.
