Responsibilities
- Lead the full software development lifecycle for CRM applications from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
- Design, architect, configure, customize, and integrate CRM solutions using Salesforce/SFDC or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs supporting contact center platforms, escalation workflows, partner management, and other customer experience operations.
- Write, review, and optimize code using .NET, Java, JavaScript, HTML5, and Azure-based solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for CRM platforms and lead CRM innovation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Establish coding standards, mentor junior developers, and foster a collaborative engineering environment.
- Develop testing strategies and lead test planning and execution across functional, integration, system, end-to-end, accessibility, database validation, and automation testing.
- Build test automation frameworks, integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines, and develop intelligent testing capabilities that generate test cases, predict bugs, and support self-healing.
- Implement observability and monitoring solutions and lead initiatives related to SLA adherence, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, report to senior leadership, maintain technical documentation, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate customer journey insights and business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years working with CRM systems and 2+ years of team leadership.
- Proficiency with Dynamics CRM and Salesforce/SFDC, including Salesforce Classic/Lightning.
- Proficiency in .NET, Java, JavaScript, and HTML5.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Jira, GitHub, and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of security and privacy standards for customer data.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, supported by strong leadership, communication, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
- CRM platform certifications such as Salesforce Certified Developer or Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification are preferred.
- Experience in fintech or customer support technology platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with escalation management, partner scorecards, voice-of-customer programs, open-source contributions, or technical publications is preferred.
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship and meet the stated location requirement.
