Responsibilities
- Turn AMI, network topology, and asset telemetry into reliable analysis and visualisations for DNO and DSO customers.
- Own technical delivery end to end across pre-sales, pilots, and full deployments.
- Wrangle, transform, validate, and communicate the quality of messy network data.
- Run customer working sessions, present findings, and explain complex analytics to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Shape the platform and data model for UK and European network operators and feed recurring customer patterns back to Product.
- Create the regional delivery playbook for future hires.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on analytical and data skills, including analysis, transformation, and validation of messy datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous problems into delivered outcomes.
- Commercial and pre-sales confidence, with the ability to prioritise by customer and company value.
- Excellent customer-facing communication and facilitation skills with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar technical territory quickly; deep power-systems expertise is not required.
- A demonstrated motivation to work in energy and comfort using AI and agentic tooling with methods for checking correctness.
- Comfort working as an early hire without established processes or managerial escalation.
- Preferred: energy-sector, grid-data, DER, digital-twin, or energy-data-infrastructure exposure.
- Preferred: experience owning outcomes with external customers or clients.
- Nice to have: ML or data-science depth, modern data-tooling experience, and familiarity with UK or European energy regulation and DNO/DSO contexts.
