Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive web applications using CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and React for investment banking and brokerage operations.
- Lead front-end features from technical design through coding, testing, and deployment while meeting enterprise and regulatory standards.
- Guide developers on React component design, state management, performance optimization, secure coding, and maintainable code practices.
- Review code and technical designs for reusable patterns, accessibility, security controls, error handling, and organizational compliance.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, operations, backend, infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, quality, and support teams.
- Manage estimation, sprint planning, task prioritization, progress tracking, documentation, production troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Define unit, integration, and regression testing approaches and support modernization of legacy front-end modules.
Requirements
- Five to eight years of overall development experience delivering complex front-end or enterprise-scale solutions.
- Strong foundation in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and React.
- Practical knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and accessibility.
- Familiarity with front-end build systems, testing frameworks, and version control platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience working in hybrid models and with distributed teams.
- Investment banking and brokerage domain knowledge, including trade lifecycle management and client servicing, is preferred.
