Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to deliver solutions.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and broader teams.
- Lead best-practice implementation to improve software quality and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience with the Salsify Product Experience Management Platform.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in the Salsify Product Experience Management Platform.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API development.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on efficient and reliable software solutions.
