Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI pipelines, model workflows, orchestration systems, and integration components for large-scale business problems.
- Explore, profile, clean, and validate enterprise data to improve model quality and reduce delivery risk.
- Define success metrics with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders, then execute testing and evaluation approaches.
- Lead discovery workshops, manage requirements and quality, create documentation, and prepare release evidence and operational handover materials.
- Assess post-launch impact and recommend improvements, operational scaling, or redesign.
- Manage and develop engineering talent, set clear goals, and support delivery of secure, scalable cloud services.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience delivering complete AI and machine learning solutions into production.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, including profiling, transforming, and validating enterprise data.
- Experience taking AI or ML solutions through data validation, prototyping, testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Understanding of machine learning methods, statistical analysis, model evaluation, and modern AI application patterns.
- Experience with AI applications, intelligent workflows, copilots, or agent-based solutions is advantageous.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, make technical decisions under uncertainty, and communicate technical trade-offs and data limitations to non-technical stakeholders and governance partners.
