Responsibilities
- Analyze customer and system requirements, create technical designs, and implement software components and applications.
- Perform unit and component testing, support verification activities, and report task and issue status.
- Integrate third-party hardware and software solutions in a Software Integration Lab.
- Support integration and customer-facing events with approximately 10% travel.
- Collaborate within cross-functional engineering and program teams and participate in a Scrum team.
- Break assignments into work tasks, provide effort and schedule estimates, and deliver them successfully.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of progressively advanced commercial or government software development experience, or a graduate degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of prior related experience, a graduate degree with 0 to 2 years of experience, or at least 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Practical experience with C# and Visual Studio.
- Practical knowledge of object-oriented design and development, source code management, and defect tracking.
- Preferred experience with WPF/XAML, Azure DevOps source control with Git, and YAML pipelines.
- Preferred familiarity with SOLID principles and TCP/UDP networking concepts.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret clearance if needed.
