Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and implementation for enterprise deployments using Deepgram's capabilities.
- Own post-sales technical success for assigned accounts and unblock integrations.
- Serve as the Tier-3 escalation point for complex issues and drive root cause analysis.
- Design reference architectures for common customer use cases in APAC.
- Build high-quality samples and internal tools to streamline tasks.
- Contribute to pre-sales discovery and POCs with clear success criteria.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize fixes and features.
- Capture knowledge in runbooks and playbooks to scale expertise.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Solutions Architecture or similar customer-facing technical roles.
- Professional software engineering experience in languages like JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms and containerization.
- Proven ownership of complex post-sales work such as production deployments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
