Base Salary
$185k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as an independent contributor to solve problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to clarify product requirements and ship features.
- Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to architect new features.
- Validate customer needs and rapidly ship MVPs with an experimentation mindset.
- Ensure quality is a critical aspect of all software deliverables.
- Deploy new product experiments using a data-driven approach.
- Write performant, reliable, scalable, and secure code.
- Monitor and resolve production issues for team-owned services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/training.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (or similar languages/frameworks).
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- A strong sense of ownership from feature design to production release.
- Desire to collaborate with external stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn, innovate, and have fun.
- An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action.
