Responsibilities
- Lead the technical execution and product engineering of enterprise deployment projects.
- Design scalable, resilient deployment architectures meeting performance, reliability, and security requirements.
- Build custom extensions, integrations, and configurations to address product gaps and enterprise needs.
- Engineer across backend systems, DevOps, data engineering, APIs, infrastructure, and databases.
- Collaborate directly with customer engineering teams and senior technical stakeholders.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to more junior in-field engineers.
- Debug and unblock issues in mission-critical production environments.
- Turn field deployment learnings into improvements for Parloa’s core platform.
- Work with Deployment Strategists to deliver scalable architectures and long-term customer value.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering, systems integration, DevOps, or data engineering roles with direct customer impact.
- Proven experience leading complex technical deployments and integrations in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong technical depth in backend engineering, infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes or cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and systems design.
- Ability to work hands-on in production systems and operate independently in ambiguous, high-responsibility settings.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered systems, such as agent workflows, vector databases, or prompt orchestration, is strongly preferred.

- The listed salary range is $140,000–$160,000 USD and includes OTE.
