Base Salary
$160k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical execution of deployment projects in complex enterprise environments.
- Architect deployment solutions for performance, reliability, and security.
- Build custom extensions and integrations to meet enterprise requirements.
- Operate across backend engineering, DevOps, and data engineering.
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Engage with senior technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Rapidly debug issues in mission-critical environments.
- Act as a feedback loop between field deployments and core engineering teams.
- Work with Deployment Strategists to ensure scalable architectures.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, DevOps, or data engineering.
- Proven track record of leading technical deployments in large-scale enterprises.
- Strong technical depth in backend engineering, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud platforms.
- Ability to operate independently in high-responsibility settings.
- A builder’s mindset with a focus on real-world solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with AI/LLM-powered systems is a strong plus.
