Responsibilities
- Oversee the health, stability, scalability, and availability of Mollie’s CI/CD infrastructure.
- Monitor and respond to outages in CI/CD systems while maintaining high reliability and operational standards.
- Develop and implement CI/CD strategies, guidelines, governance, and future-proof architecture for security, compliance, and resilience.
- Optimize CI/CD compute and storage usage while maintaining a strong developer experience.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve CI/CD tooling issues with internal engineering customers and partner teams.
- Maintain clear documentation and collaborate cross-functionally to support product and application engineers.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with CI systems such as GitLab, Jenkins, or Buildkite, particularly in self-hosted operations.
- Experience with cloud-native deployment and GitOps solutions such as GitLab, ArgoCD, Flux, GoCD, Spinnaker, Harness, or similar tools.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform.
- Experience running, monitoring, and developing systems on Kubernetes and using Helm.
- Familiarity with cloud-native container tools and building optimized images.
- Strong problem-solving, investigative, communication, documentation, and customer-empathy skills.
