Base Salary

$191k - $267k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain user-facing product features with attention to performance, security, scalability, and community-builder needs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Contribute across the full development cycle, including technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
  • Review code, design documents, product specifications, and mocks, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Define engineering standards, improve developer workflows, recommend best practices, and coach and mentor engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of software development experience in one or more frontend-focused programming languages, including JavaScript, TypeScript, or ES6.
  • Experience with frontend web frameworks such as LIT, Polymer, React, Vue, or Angular, along with CSS experience.
  • Experience with GraphQL, REST, HTTP, and Thrift basics and the ability to design and implement maintainable APIs is a plus.
  • Ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects from initial design through deployment and maintenance.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, self-direction, innovation, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

  • The role is a US-based position with a stated base salary range of $190,800–$267,100 USD, plus potential equity and commission eligibility depending on the position offered.
