Responsibilities
- Lead the quality assurance strategy for the core payment clearing platform.
- Validate payment clearing cycles, ISO 20022 and SWIFT financial message formats, settlement rules, and reconciliation workflows.
- Implement autonomous test generation, self-healing test scripts, and predictive defect analysis.
- Build end-to-end regression suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines for continuous verification.
- Create and manage synthetic, compliance-safe financial test data for complex clearing scenarios.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps to isolate system bottlenecks and maintain cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience testing fintech platforms, payment gateways, clearing houses, or transaction-processing systems.
