Responsibilities
- Lead technical presentations covering applications, data, infrastructure, architecture, and application systems design.
- Define, design, and deliver technical architectures, patterns, quality standards, risk assessments, and operability solutions.
- Lead and mentor the operations team while remaining hands-on and setting an example.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, own problems, and drive them through resolution.
- Support a team culture focused on knowledge sharing, excellence, and collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing, installing, and supporting system tools for EDA workloads.
- Demonstrable experience supporting EDA license infrastructure.
- Skill with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, and Shell script.
- Proficiency with Git, SVN, and CVS revision control.
- Experience crafting and supporting cloud environments.
- Knowledge of HPC resource managers including LSF and Slurm.
- A strong balance of hardware, architecture, and software expertise.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field is strongly preferred.
