Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering leadership to evolve core data models and APIs.
- Drive a culture of delivering reliable and scalable solutions.
- Lead the development and maintenance of integrations with third-party systems.
- Mentor and elevate other engineers on the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development.
- Deep expertise with AWS infrastructure and serverless technologies.
- Proficient in TypeScript and Node.js; experience with React is a plus.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of data modeling principles.
- Active use of AI coding tools for automation and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Start-up experience is a plus.
