Base Salary

$120k - $199k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis, design, development, configuration, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documentation, monitoring, and implementation for assigned systems.
  • Define technical requirements, consult with users, coordinate team resources, and manage interactions with technical support areas.
  • Analyze, assess, and resolve advanced defects and incidents, escalating issues appropriately.
  • Work independently on well-scoped and loosely scoped problems while delivering complete solutions in small batches.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced employees.
  • Contribute to software design strategies, methodologies, use-case coverage, automation, tradeoff analysis, and delivery planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related STEM field, or equivalent education and/or work experience.
  • Four years of programming/development or software engineering experience.
  • Experience with cloud computing, including AWS or Azure; API development; infrastructure as code; frameworks and libraries; scripting languages; eventing systems; relational and document databases.
  • Experience with AI enablement, including programmatic LLM interactions, agentic design, and prompt generation and refinement.
  • Experience with automated and unit testing, source control, CI/CD, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, observability platforms, and Agile/Scrum tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, delivery, domain expertise, and intermediate leadership skills.
