Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture, coding, and deployment of GenAI-based solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, including fresh graduates.
- Integrate GenAI tools into existing software development lifecycle processes.
- Drive innovation in prompt engineering, embedding models, and LangChain-based applications.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and cloud-native development principles.
- Troubleshoot and optimize GenAI solutions.
- Support production delivery, resolve technical escalations, and develop technical capability within production specialists.
- Lead technical teams or projects and manage project deliverables.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing software solutions.
- At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams or projects.
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI-driven or Generative AI solutions.
- Expertise in Generative AI, Python, LangChain, prompt engineering, and embedding models such as BERT and GPT-based models.
- Strong software development experience with .NET, Java, React, or Angular.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience leading technical teams, mentoring junior engineers, and managing project deliverables.
- Familiarity with application modernization, unit testing, and coding standards review tools.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms, or relevant technologies are preferred.
- Generative AI Copilot is listed as a mandatory skill.
