Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and project delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards for consistency and quality.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to complex technical problems affecting multiple teams.
- Coordinate communication between cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior team members and improve overall team capability.
- Drive improvements in software performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Experience leading software development teams and managing project delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with code quality, performance optimization, and software lifecycle management best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
