Base Salary

$165k - $243k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design ETL/ELT workflows in Python and SQL across cloud and distributed data platforms.
  • Build, evaluate, and monitor production LLM, RAG, and machine learning applications.
  • Transform networking and security telemetry, including logs, alerts, graph structures, and semantic search datasets, into operational intelligence.
  • Develop applications for automated troubleshooting, anomaly detection, and incident analysis.
  • Write maintainable code, build user-facing insight dashboards, participate in design reviews, and support live production services.

Requirements

  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
  • Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, software engineering, and object-oriented design.
  • Qualifying education and experience pathway: master's degree with 0 years of work experience; bachelor's degree with 2 years; an associate's degree, apprenticeship, boot camp, or certification with 3 years; or a high school diploma or equivalent with 4 years.
  • Preferred hands-on experience in generative AI, LLMs, RAG, machine learning, data engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, model deployment or inference, cloud application development, workflow automation, or analytics.
  • Preferred familiarity with Git, APIs, testing, software development practices, LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, model optimization, local inference, networking or security data, observability, and infrastructure automation.
  • Preferred experience building dashboards, chatbots, search systems, or AI-assisted workflows, plus relevant certifications, publications, research, or substantial technical projects.
