Responsibilities

Design, develop, and integrate complex software functions for healthcare products.
Perform software requirements analysis, architecture, design, coding, and integration.
Lead proposals addressing future business opportunities, value engineering, and program or process changes.
Define features and perform certification testing, verification, and validation.
Provide customer support and serve as the primary technical authority for business management.
Lead program teams and drive organizational goals and objectives.

At least 10 years of experience performing software architecture, requirements, design, and coding for healthcare products.
Hands-on experience with QNXT.
At least 10 years of software development experience, preferably including platform software integrations, connectors, and communications.
Ability to code in multiple languages.
Knowledge of software development lifecycles, software configuration management, and change management practices.
Understanding of analytics and a business-oriented approach to software development.
Ability to establish priorities by balancing demand and capacity.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, creativity, initiative, and ability to work with limited supervision.

Hybrid work opportunity within Arizona, with individual contributors required to work onsite at least once per week.
