Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications focused on React.js and modern UI architecture.
- Modernize legacy Angular applications into React-based solutions.
- Develop Java backend services with Spring Boot and microservices, and design RESTful APIs for system integration.
- Build event-driven data pipelines using Kafka or similar technologies and integrate SQL Server and NoSQL databases.
- Write reusable, documented code; participate in code reviews; and ensure engineering, security, performance, and scalability standards.
- Collaborate with global technology teams on solution design and iterative delivery.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Jenkins, TeamCity, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Use AI-assisted development tools, monitor applications with ELK and Grafana, and resolve production issues.
- Mentor and support junior developers while taking ownership and accountability for deliverables.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in full stack development.
- Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript ES6+, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Redux or Context API, AngularJS or Angular 2+, Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Experience building REST APIs, distributed systems, and Kafka or similar pub/sub technologies.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases, including familiarity with MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices patterns, CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AI coding assistants, and Agile/global team environments.
- Strong coding, problem-solving, debugging, collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience in financial services or enterprise systems.
