Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack design and delivery of AI-native solutions.
- Drive technical architecture for pod initiatives.
- Build and integrate LLM-powered agents and tools.
- Set and uphold engineering standards within the pod.
- Mentor engineers through design and code reviews.
- Partner with stakeholders to define problem scope and deliver outcomes.
- Serve as a technical voice in cross-team architecture discussions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and delivering scalable software systems.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical architecture for a platform or product.
- Experience building or operating LLM-powered agents or AI infrastructure.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants and experience extending them.
- Strong prompt engineering skills and understanding of LLM behavior.
- Strong foundation in modern backend and frontend technologies.
- A bias towards action and comfort in ambiguous problem spaces.
