Responsibilities
- Design and optimize scalable systems for Zoox's autonomous vehicle platform.
- Develop advanced monitoring, alerting, and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve system architecture.
- Lead incident resolution and conduct root cause analyses.
- Implement robust disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or a similar role.
- Proven experience with major cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Technical expertise in container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of networking protocols, storage solutions, and database technologies.
- Strong programming and scripting skills in languages such as Python, Go, C/C++, or Java.
