Base Salary
$176k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale logging and experimentation projects.
- Scale and optimize the in-house experimentation and feature flagging framework.
- Define and implement next-generation logging APIs for high-fidelity data contracts.
- Curate the observability experience for engineers by integrating vendor capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and Data Science teams on infrastructure alignment.
- Write high-quality design documentation to enhance team impact.
Requirements
- Background in Software, Data, or Infrastructure Engineering with production-grade code experience.
- 5+ years of experience in designing and shipping production-ready systems.
- Experience with scalable backend services, distributed systems, or cloud-native infrastructure.
- Familiarity with distributed data processing and modern observability platforms.
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity.
