Base Salary
$170k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise software solutions operating across customer-premises and remote cloud environments.
- Architect, implement, and maintain solutions in cloud environments.
- Develop pipelines, manage releases, and support orchestration using DevOps tools.
- Design applications for disconnected, restricted, differently classified, and multi-network environments.
- Develop and administer relational database solutions, including CRUD operations, query optimization, and SQL integration.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Create concepts of operations, standards of practice, and tiered maintenance-support documentation.
- Interface with senior leadership and provide regular status updates.
- Analyze problems, evaluate alternatives, make recommendations, and incorporate lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 11 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming and scripting, preferably Python.
- Experience with Django, React, Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET.
- Hands-on experience developing solutions in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle cloud environments.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools including Jira, GitHub, and Jenkins.
- Experience developing in both Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience architecting and implementing cloud solutions.
- Experience with relational database design and administration concepts, CRUD operations, query optimization, and SQL commands in application code.
- Understanding of data protection and data loss prevention considerations.
- Experience adapting development practices to compliance, accreditation, and operational requirements.
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders and communicate with senior leadership.
- Preferred: Ansible proficiency, Docker or Kubernetes containerization experience, Nutanix experience, and cloud certifications earned within the last five years.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
